Tightens body, reduces swelling
This is an excellent product, especially since calcium and magnesium are best taken together. My dosage has been effective. I’ve noticed during training that my calves do not cramp as before, and the swelling diminishes. Moreover, it seems to tighten my body, improve sleep, and reduce stress; magnesium truly works wonders! I'd be grateful if you clicked "yes" ❤️

Swelling improvement
Very good! I purchased this to address swelling and wanted magnesium. It’s great that it also contains calcium. The swelling does indeed seem to vanish.
